I’m 24 y.o living in Ukraine, I’m learning 2d animation and freelancing as an 2D artist.
With buying my art you help me go through living in a war time, help my Mother who has stage 3 cancer, I am taking care of her and my little brother with autism.

Commission terms

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms below. Also you need to be 18+ to commission me for any art (nsfw or sfw)

Commission progress

1. After you message me we will approve on type of commission and cost of it
2. You need to send me references of characters/poses and so on before payment, so I could understand what I’m going to work with
3. I’ll wait for payment through PayPal
4. After receiving payment, I’ll start working or add you in my queue
5. Firstly I’ll send you rough sketch to approve pose, then clean sketch, and finally send you line art with colors.
6. When you approved on finished work I’ll send all files in full resolution to you, and ask if I can upload it on my social media or you want to make it private!

☆Completion time varies and depends on complexity of your commission and queue
☆Unauthorized use of my work is prohibited
☆I retain the right to decline/cancel a commission if I can't fulfill it for whatever reason
☆My art is not to be used with NFT and Artifical Intillegence in any shape or form, no exceptions
☆I only accept PayPal
☆To me start working you need to send full or half payment (payment plan is available from 100$)
☆Full refund will only be issued if I haven’t progressed further than rough sketch
☆If I decide to cancel the commission for whatever reason, a full refund is issued
☆No refunds once the commission has been completed
☆Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)
☆My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not see used for profit without prior agreement.☆I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Exceptions:
If you directly asked to art not be posted anywhere

Adoptable rights

Credit me for the design
Please notify me if the design changes ownership to avoid potential confusion of theft
Don't sell my designs for more than bought for unless you bought additional artwork for it
You may change and alter the design however you desire, as long as I'm credited for the original design
Commercial use is from 50$
